Stuart Schaefer is a Fitness Consultant and a Personal Success Coach. He delivers quality information and successful results through a non-linear approach.

In 2000, Stu first began improving his physique. Using workouts from other bodybuilder contacts, Stu quickly gained 20 pounds of muscle.
But something else happened. Stu discovered that the success and the discipline used in transforming one's body could also be applied to other areas of life--such as school, work, business...and virtually everything else.
After graduating school with a perfect GPA, lettering in cross country running, and receiving a full-ride academic scholarship to CU Boulder, Stu really focused on using fitness as a driving force toward success.
Although Stu was a Finance Major, he constantly enrolled into physiology and nutrition classes, and became certified as a personal trainer. He started teaching what he had learned and used for over four years and started helping others discover the same thing--How to use the success in fitness to create success in other areas in one's life. Not to mention transforming one's body in the process.
Stu has competed in two bodybuilding competitions and placed first in one of them.

Recently, Stu started a fitness student-group at CU Boulder, which led to a major discovery: The majority of people are not just unsure about fitness--they are downright confused about the subject. Why? There is too much conflicting information available on the internet. Additionally, 99% of the information presented overlooks a very key factor. Not surprising.
The fitness industry has transformed into a market with money to be made. Stu aims at providing people with a solid resource for the right information presented in the right way. Anyone can become fit and look good. And, more importantly, anyone can unlock their inner strength by using their fitness accomplishments and applying them to life.
Stu is currently working on a book to put all of this information into perspective and provide a no-nonsense program to enable everyone to achieve great things.
The book will be available in early 2008, and will take an approach never seen before!
