Robby Robinson.net:  Robby is a bodybuilder from the 1970s.  He has a forum and will answer any questions you may have.  He has a lot of wisdom, and his site is a great reference.

Serge Nubret is also a bodybuilder from the "Golden Era."  He has a slightly different philosophy when it comes to bodybuilding.  Check it out

Bodybuilding.com is a great resource for any part of bodybuilding!  This is a "super site" that covers everything.  Even if you aren't focused on "bulking up" this site offers a lot of information.

Shape.com is a great Health & Fitness website.  If you are focused more towards getting in shape and (women) developing sexy curves, check out this site.  They have some creative exercises and solid information.

Self.com is another great fitness website that offers great shaping exercises and news/new views on fitness and nutrition.

Men's Health.com is another great resource for new routines, different techniques, and other useful advice.

MikeMentzer.com: This is the legendary Mike Mentzer's heavy duty page. He has some great info and some of his comprehensive books for sale. Mike Mentzer perfected the theory of High Intensity Training. I strongly urge you to pick up one of his books.

Ellington Darden: Dr. Darden has been researching and using High Intensity Training since the early 70's. His page has great resources including a chat forum. I would encourage you to visit and post a question.

Hypertrophy Specific Training: This is a new approach based on observations of muscle growth in labs. The training routine is sound for gaining muscular size. I have personally trained this way, and I saw very good results.

The Gym Castle Rock, Colorado--this is the gym where I started.  They are adding a new program called Cross Fit.  It is a brutal taining program that the guys from the movie 300 used.  If you are in the area, stop by the gym to check out memberships.

All Natural Bodybuilding is a great site with a free magazine.  Check it out.
